Students residing in the University Apartments are responsible for abiding by all Federal, State and local laws, as well as all Texas A&M University Student Rules and all rules and procedures set forth by the Department of Residence Life.
- Students are responsible for the behavior of their family members and/or guests at all times and are obligated to inform them of all University and University Apartment rules and regulations.
- Violations of rules or regulations by a family member and/or guest may result in disciplinary action against both the student and the family member or guest.
